1. Scope
These terms apply to all services of Sahel Beauty, Frankfurt am Main.
2. Booking, deposit, and packages
No deposit is required for treatments under €250. Treatments of €250 or more require a deposit. Packages are paid in full at the time of booking. Instalment plans are available on request; in that case the regular package price does not apply — an individual price is calculated based on the chosen treatments.
3. Cancellation and appointment confirmation
24 hours before your appointment we will proactively contact you to confirm — no prior consent from you is required. If we cannot reach you, the appointment will be cancelled. For online bookings, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, the full treatment amount (100%) will be charged.
4. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
